- Lead and grow Ajmal’s presence in duty-free retail and airline onboard sales channels.
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics across territories to refine sales strategies.
- Make data-driven decisions to discontinue low-performing SKUs and identify new product launches that align with consumer demand.
- Collect and evaluate client feedback and market trends to continually adapt and improve sales performance.
B. Business Development & Relationship Management
- Explore and act upon new business opportunities within the expanding travel retail industry.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key duty-free operators, airline retail partners, and international buyers.
- Offer bespoke solutions to clients, ensuring timely delivery and impeccable service.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and liaise with internal teams to resolve logistics and supply chain challenges.
