Are you a friendly and well-organized individual with strong communication skills? Digistromer is looking for a Receptionist to join our dynamic team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site position offering a great opportunity to work in a professional and forward-thinking environment.

Job Title: Receptionist


As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, the Receptionist plays a key role in representing Digistromer. We're seeking someone with a warm personality and a polished, professional demeanor.

Key Responsibilities


  • Welcome and assist all visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Handle incoming phone calls and direct them appropriately 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for guests and clients.
  • Support day-to-day front office operations.

Administrative Duties


  • Organize and manage meeting room bookings.
  • Maintain front desk supplies and order new materials as needed.
  • Coordinate general administrative support across departments.

Communication & Coordination


  • Facilitate effective communication between internal departments.
  • Ensure a helpful, efficient, and professional front office environment at all times.
  • Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and well-groomed presentation.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an added advantage.
  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred.
